From Student to Digital Marketer: My Journey in Digital Marketing
This digital marketing course provided a balance between foundational knowledge and hands-on application. Throughout the semester, we explored key areas such as digital consumer behavior, SEO, email marketing, and social media strategy. The course was structured in a way that allowed me to not only understand these concepts but also apply them through projects that reflected real-world marketing tasks.
Theoretical Knowledge Gained
Over the duration of this course, I developed a stronger understanding of how the digital marketing landscape operates. I learned how consumers interact with online content and how businesses can strategically reach their target audiences. Topics covered included:
Digital consumer behavior
Search engine optimization (SEO)
Email marketing strategies

These areas helped me see how different marketing efforts connect to form a complete digital strategy.

A major part of this course focused on applying what we learned through hands-on projects. Throughout the semester, I managed the following:

This experience showed me how AI can support creativity, improve efficiency, and assist in building marketing materials.
Data Analysis Capabilities
I was introduced to analyzing data to better understand performance and user behavior. This included:
Reviewing Google Analytics (GA4) data
Looking at user engagement and traffic trends
Interpreting feedback, such as reviews
While I am still developing these skills, I now have a foundation in using data to support marketing decisions.

As part of this course, I analyzed real companies and explored their digital presence. This involved identifying strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement. This experience helped me better understand how marketing strategies are applied in real business settings.
